04. Terms & Conditions

•Information Collected: Company name, Business Registration Number, website, address, contact person’s name, mobile number, email address, department and position, and all other information provided in the application.

•Purpose of Collection and Use: To process and verify applications, select participating companies, provide event and participation information, manage the event and participating companies (participants), respond to inquiries, and perform other tasks necessary for event administration.

•Collected By: Ministry of Science and ICT, Institute of Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP), Next Generation Mobile Research Association (6G Forum Secretariat)

•Retention and Use Period: Personal information will be retained for up to two (2) years after the event concludes and securely destroyed thereafter.

•Recipients: Event organizers and operating organizations (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), National Information Society Agency (NIA), Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA))

•Purpose of Use: To manage participating companies, operate the event, provide event-related information, respond to inquiries, and perform other tasks necessary for the operation and administration of the event.
